Structured Player Development • Western New York

Better training systems for softball and baseball teams.

Benchmark is developing organized, curriculum-based baseball and softball training programs for teams, leagues, and player development organizations.

Launching Winter 2026–2027 training programs in Western New York.

Training built around teams, not random lessons.

Our model is designed to help baseball and softball organizations deliver more consistent instruction through planned sessions, age-appropriate development goals, and reliable coaching support.

Structured Curriculum

Weekly training plans organized around core skills, progressive development, and practical on-field application.

Team-Based Sessions

Instruction designed for groups, teams, and league programs rather than disconnected one-on-one lessons.

Professional Standards

Clear expectations for preparation, communication, safety, and consistent player experience.

We are building an instructor network.

Who We’re Looking For

Former college players, current or former coaches, and high-level players with experience in hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, or general development.

What Makes This Different

Instructors will be part of a coordinated training system with structured sessions, shared standards, and opportunities to grow into larger roles.
